The location was excellent

Room #305 (two bedrooms) was quiet and sunny. But the door to my bedroom didn't shut and room service skipped our room the first day. I moved into #1112 later, which was great, but at 4am guests down the hall got into a physical fight which was so bad it woke the whole floor up and the police showed up. A man with a bloody hand was in the hallway. I did expect some compensation after such an extreme disturbance.
Location was really good. The room is as expected nothing fancy but clean. Bathroom is a bit cramped and so is the shower.
Bed was comfortable, nice sheets and good pillows. Bathroom was good. Neither bedside lamp worked. Had to get out of bed to turn on or off. Cord way too short and tangled. TV did not function at all!!! Dirty full hand prints on wall size mirror. Not pleasant. Not a good room for visitors to our city. No view to see except when kneeling on the bed looking east on St Laurent.
I liked the location, how modern the rooms were, the helpful staff and the comfy bed!

The location was very convenient for me. 5-10 minutes walk from St Laurent Metro. The staff were friendly. Can be a long wait for the lift. Room a good size. Generally quiet. Bed comfortable. Very good storage. Shower and WiFi good , as was the breakfast.
